Sorbet Slay
A decadent, frosty blend of LYLO, tangerine, and white peach, topped with sorbet. Ideal as a dessert, palate cleanser, or brunch companion.
Ingredients
- 3 oz. LYLO Sauvignon Blanc
- 1 oz. Tangerine juice
- 0.5 oz. White peach syrup
- 0.5 oz. Lemon juice
- Sorbet float as garnish
Method
Shake over ice. Strain into a martini glass. Garnish with a scoop of orange sorbet, a peach wedge, and an edible flower.
Spiked option
Replace tangerine juice with orange vodka or orange blossom vodka.
